1940s Eterna 852S Gilt Dial


Very rare Eterna “Majetek” issued especially for Czech Air Forces in the early 1940s encased in cushion-shape stainless steel case with screw-down caseback and powered by in-house caliber 852S

Dial: Original untouched matte black dial in fine condition with some traces of aging. Signed “Eterna” at 12 o’clock and “Swiss” at 6 o’clock. Gilt minutes track on the outer perimeter of the dial. Radium Arabic numerals.
Hands: Original radium luminous hour and minute hands, golden sweep seconds hand.
Case condition:  Professionally polished.
Movement condition: Perfect. Serviced, only original parts. Adjusted and keeps good time. Serviced in May 2017.
