Exceptional Jaeger pre-war chronograph from ca.1940 featuring wonderful professionally refinished creamy-white dial vested with nicely designed cal.285 by Universal Geneve.

Dial: Professionally re-stored creamy-white dial decorated with printed tachymeter scale on the outer perimeter of the dial, black printed seconds scale and ArtDeco Arabic numerals. Signed "Jaeger" at 12 o'clock and "Swiss" at 6 o'clock. Small seconds subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock, 45-minutes counter's subsidiary dial at 3 o'clock.
Hands: Blue baton hours, minutes and seconds hands and small chrono hands.
Case condition: Perfect. Professionally polished, sharp, showing no traces of use. Very strong and sharp edges.
Movement condition: Perfect. Professionally serviced in April 2017. Adjusted and keeps good time. All functions work properly.
Dial/hands condition: Professionally re-printed dial in outstanding condition. Shows no signs of wearing. Original hands.
